The first ever Mudgee Hot Air Balloon Festival kicked off with the inaugural Night Glow held at Glen Willow Sports Stadium.
The chilly weather was met with a warm reception by the keen spectators who filled the grandstand and the hills of Glen Willow.
The event was a sellout, with not only balloons on show but food trucks and market stalls bringing people to the event.
